Pretty sure my issue is bacterial. Trying rubbing alcohol 1:1 ratio. Shampoo and then pour the mixture on my scalp, leave on for a few minutes and rinse. Only did it twice so far. Hopefully I get some results.

We do not endorse scratching or exfoliation of the scalp - this practice leads to further irritation and potential hairloss - gentle massage and brushing is OK but scratching is not allowed -we do not allow posts that fetishise dandruff as this could lead to unhealthy habits.
